Ahhhh Relaxation! Chair Massage, Reiki and Meditation
Our chair massage services infuses Shiatsu, Acupressure and Myofascial release which helps release tension, increase range of motion and relieve pain due to repetitive movement through work. Chair massage can reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and heart rate as well as stimulate the immune system. The benefits of multiple sessions,include all of that plus help with depression. In addition,individuals with more intensive medical issues such as cerebral palsy, or those who have suffered from strokes, fibromyalgia, and injuries can reap benefits from chair massage.
